As the Sponsorship Retention Specialist, Joy serves as a liaison between Children Incorporated and its external stakeholders and is involved in all aspects of the sponsorship process and retention of our current sponsors. She ensures that the sponsorship process is efficient and timely and that the needs of sponsors and donors are met on a daily basis.
