It is time to remind you — our generous sponsors — about the opportunity to provide holiday gifts for your sponsored child(ren). Here are some guidelines for ensuring your gift is received in time.
WAYS TO DONATE HOLIDAY GIFTS
- Mail a check to our office at: PO Box 72848, North Chesterfield, VA 23235
- Mail a package directly to your child’s affiliated site, whose address can be found in your
child’s information trifold (U.S. children only please) - Call our office at 1-800-538-5381
- Make a donation online by logging into your account on the Children Incorporated website

OPTION 1: Additional Money Gifts (Preferred Method)
If you wish to send a Winter Holiday Gift to your sponsored child(ren) by check/mail, please be sure it reaches our office at P.O. Box 72848, North Chesterfield, VA 23235 no later than October 31, 2023.
There are no minimum or maximum amount restrictions for contributions made by check, via the website, or over the phone. This method of giving (instead of sending a package to the school) is preferred for our coordinators’ convenience.
OPTION 2: Sending a Package to a Child (U.S. Children Only)
If you wish to send a package to your sponsored child, please make sure the package arrives at the child’s school/affiliated site by November 30, 2023.
Please do not send packages to our North Chesterfield headquarters. All packages should be mailed directly to the address provided in your trifold of the child you sponsor.

Additional Money Gifts
If you wish to send an additional money gift to a child, please be sure it reaches us at P.O. Box 72848, North Chesterfield, VA 23235 no later than October 31, 2023.
There are no minimum or maximum amount restrictions for these contributions. Due to high customs duties and the likelihood of loss, we do not recommend sending packages to our affiliated sites outside of the U.S.
making an online donation
As a Children Incorporated sponsor, you may log in or create an account to make an online donation. Please follow these simple steps to donate to your sponsored child:
- Log into your donor account
– Click “Log In”, located in the top right-hand corner of the Children Incorporated homepage (www.childrenincorporated.org), and then enter your email address and password.
To contribute a Winter Holiday Gift to one sponsored child:-
- In the lower right corner of the sponsored child’s information box, click the green “Donate” button.
- In the popup window that appears, enter the desired gift amount into the “Holiday Gift” field, and click “Add to Cart”.
- Continue with the online checkout process.
To contribute a Winter Holiday Gift to all your sponsored children:- Click on the “Additional Gift(s) For All Sponsored Children” button, located just above the children’s information boxes/photos.
- In the popup window that appears, enter the desired gift amount *per child* in the “Holiday Gift” field. The “Total” field will calculate your grand contribution total (by multiplying your per-child gift amount by the number of children you sponsor).
- Continue with the online checkout process.
