Warm clothing can mean the difference between school and no school.

Warm clothing can mean the difference between school and no school.

Last winter, the children at Ojo Encino Day school in New Mexico were able to benefit from Children, Incorporated’s Warm Clothing Fund. Wal-Mart gift cards in hand and giggling as they went, the kids happily shopped for new clothes to keep them warm throughout the season. Not only did the children benefit from getting warm clothes for themselves, they also learned important skills on how to shop wisely. As fall and winter approach, Children, Incorporated would like to help even more children buy new outfits to keep them warm during the chilly months. Too often we hear reports from our programs that children in one family are taking turns coming to school because the family has only one coat.  We can change this.  Please support the Warm Clothing Fund and keep a child warm this winter.
